Areas of Practice:
Of Counsel to the firm, Nathanís practice is devoted solely to criminal defense. He represents individuals accused of crimes all across North Texas.
A 2011 graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, Nathan began representing clients while still a student as part of the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic, and won his first jury trial before he graduated. His devotion to advocacy and success as a member of the Board of Advocates led to his election to the National Order of Barristers, an exclusive organization admitting only ten graduating students per year from each school.. He is a mock-trial coach at SMU and is regularly invited to lecture on trial advocacy. Nathan is also a proud graduate of Texas A&M, where he earned his bachelorís and later studied international affairs and homeland security at the George Bush School of Government and Public Service.
Nathan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and federally in the Northern District of Texas.
