Richard A. Anderson recently returned to the firm after 7 years as the Appointed Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Texas by the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit

Richard was of counsel to Burleson Pate & Gibson L.L.P. from 1994 to 2006 and was in private solo practice in the eleven years prior to that. He receive his education from Southern Methodist University (B.A., 1970; J.D. 1973)
