As "Of Counsel" to the firm, Trey's practice consists of federal and state, criminal and tax matters.
Trey received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and he has also earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Dallas and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Trey spent six years at the Dallas County Public Defender's Office and is a former Dallas County judicial candidate. He has tried dozens of cases ranging from petty misdemeanors to capital murder.
Trey is a member of the State Bar of Texas, The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts and he is admitted to practice in all federal Tax Courts, the federal Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
